GAME OVERVIEW

Oi, oi! Me Gobba! Big tower, me build—tall, tall! But too much bangin', too much clangin'—wake up big metal beastie! Raaah! Beastie mad, tower smash! Now, me climb, fast fast! Use ladder, up up! But careful, tower shaky, beastie chasin’! You help Gobba?

Must get to top before beastie break everything!

ABOUT THIS GAME

In Gobba Ladder, you take on the role of Gobba, a dedicated goblin builder managing the construction of a towering mechanical structure. The project is progressing well until the noise from the heavy machinery and construction work disturbs a sleeping mechanical dragon hidden beneath the site. Awakened and angered, the dragon-like machine begins to wreak havoc, tearing through the unfinished tower in a blind rage.

With the tower crumbling around you, your only chance of survival is to climb. Using your retractable ladder, you must ascend the tower’s hazardous, half-built structure, carefully navigating through unstable scaffolding, exposed gears, and dangerous machinery. The dragon is relentless, and you’ll need to stay one step ahead, using quick reflexes and precise ladder control to avoid being caught in the machine’s path of destruction.

As you climb higher, the challenges increase, with fewer stable platforms and more dangerous obstacles. Along the way, you’ll encounter tools and supplies left behind by your fellow goblin builders, which can aid you in your ascent. Your goal is to climb as high as possible, escaping the dragon’s wrath and avoiding total destruction.

How far can you go before the tower—and everything in it—comes crashing down?

Banger game!
Very responsive controls, extremely polished and a very good concept overall,
Loved the visuals, game is oozing with personality however the lack of sounds for the Gooba and the dragon give them less of a personality compared to the game itself.
Upon reaching a certain height for the game the dragon rises a too fast, perhaps a mechanic could be used to stun the dragon for a time to give players more chances of survival? Like an object that could be picked up and thrown at the dragon? Or maybe power ups to help Gooba build faster like the lego games fast build power up.
Variety of platforms could also be useful, like a collapsing one? a moving platform? To breathe more challenge to the game.

Overall very impressed with the polish, visuals and the concept.
Great job!

You can try mobile

Very fun game. I wish this would also be available on the google app store soon.

Simple and polish game!
I would like to have some collectables or something like that to have more diverse gameplay experience but it's a nice casual game!

I absolutely agree! We can juice it up more~!

Game is quite addictive but kindly take these with a grain of salt.

1. The monster does not growl to signify its presence and to raise tension and a bit of panic.
2. No collectibles/power-ups to defeat the monotony.
3. Countdown timer was a bit too loud.

4. The monster is revealed to only be a floating head which makes the monster less scary.

Overall, it's a great casual game!

Thank you so much for your feedback!!!

Got my high score at 299!!
